TEACHING AND TRAINING

​Thanks to years of professional training, I'm priviliged to teach both dance and wellness. I have taught professional and up and coming dancers Ballet, Graham, and Turkish ballet technique. I am a licensed Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer, specializing in breathing, pre and post-natal recovery, arthritis, sports injuries, and musculo-skeletal training.
